Determine which re-pack kit length is needed for your Pro Circuit silencer.
296 silencers (spark arrested) and oval R304 silencers
Measure the packable length of your silencer, which is the length of the muffler's shell not including its end-caps. Subtract 5.5" from this length to account for the spark arrestor assembly. Only the front section of these silencers require repacking.
Example- If the packable length of a 296 silencer is 14", subtract 5.5" for the spark arrestor. The remaining length is 8.5". In this case, the correct size is the 8.75" long kit.
