Pro Circuit R304 Std. / R304 Race, Bill's Pipes, Multiple 2 Stroke Applications

Our "R2" series of kits are offered in a range of lengths, designed for repacking most Pro Circuit and Bill's Pipes silencers. These silencer shells are round and typically measure about 2.6" high and 2.6" wide.
IMPORTANT - For aftermarket or shortened OEM silencers, choose your part number based on the length of the silencer's shell. Length is determined by measuring the length of your body, minus the end caps.
Part Number - Packable Length
R2-0075 - 7.5"
R2-0009 - 9"
R2-0010 - 10"
R2-0011 - 11"

Spark Arrestors - When choosing a repack kit for a spark arrestor silencer, subtract 5.5" from the length of the muffler body for the actual packable length and order based on that length. Example: A FMF Turbine Core 2 with a 14" long body, will have an 8.5" packable length and order based on that length.
