Our "D1" series of kits are offered in a range of lengths, designed for repacking most FMF and OEM Japanese two stroke silencers. These silencer shells typically measure about 3.4" high and 2.5" wide.
IMPORTANT - For aftermarket or shortened OEM silencers, choose your part number based on the length of the silencer's shell.

Spark Arrestors - when packing an FMF Turbine Core II spark arrestor silencer, subtract 5.5" from the length of the entire shell to determine the length of D1 kit required to fill the front packed chamber.
